When purchasing a souvenir there are two options for orders to complete:

If setting System --> Config --> PEAK --> Accessoires --> Auto shipping for orders is set to "Yes" then all orders will be set to complete right away.
If setting System --> Config --> PEAK --> Accessoires --> Auto shipping for orders is set to "No" new orders turn into status "Processing" first. The customer would then have to manually set the order to "Complete" by the pressing the button "Send" within the order
