How can a customer change their personal details?

A customer can change their personal details by accessing their subscription center through the footer of any mail. 


1. Click on "Edit My Profile" in the footer 

2. Change what you want to in the subscription center (e.g. last name, language etc)

3. Press "Save" at the bottom 

4. This change will be made immediately within EMMA and the subscription center.  


Please note: this is only possible if you have the Subscription Center. If not, then please send the request to b2b-support@alturos.com and we will make the change on your behalf.
