To delete an account from Braze/Emma, for example when a customer wants all his data deleted, don't forget to delete the according Peaksolution account first, as any changes on the Peaksolution account will create a new Braze account


Then:

  1. Log into Jemma via https://jemma-admin.production.aws.skiline.cc/login
  2. Click onto Braze on the left side of the screen
  3. Select the installation you want to edit, eg. Aletsch Arena LIVE
  4. Click onto "User Edit" on the top of the screen
  5. Search for the FULL e-mail address of the customer (it is necessary to put the full e-mail address in )
  6. Click onto "Delete" and confirm
