The service provider can send questions directly to the operator via a chat function. The operator receives a notification in his/her myServices and can answer the question.

Set language 

Service providers can select their language at the top right: German, English or French.  


Change password

The service provider can change the password at any time. He/She can do this by clicking on the account icon in the upper right corner and choosing "Change password", then entering both the current and the new password.
