Service providers can select their language at the top right.
The service provider can change the password at any time. He/She can do this by clicking on the account icon in the upper right corner and choosing "Change password", then entering both the current and the new password.
The service provider can send questions directly to the operator via a chat function. The operator receives a notification in his/her myServices and can answer the question. You can read more about the help function in the article "How to use the help function".
