The Settings application enables the service provider to enter, edit and delete ticket types and ticket categories. 

These are used for the definition of the ticket - for the services that were entered in the application "Service Designer".

The standard set of ticket types and ticket categories, which is predefined by the operator, does not appear in this application and therefore cannot be changed.

When entering a new ticket type or ticket category, it is important that it is entered in ALL 4 languages, especially as each marketplace also displays different languages in the front end.
