Please mind for every use case: If no problem is detected for a defined time period, the alerting will be deactivated automatically in Metis and you will get informed automatically by mail.

At least one booking cancellation error messages detected


An error was automatically detected during the refund process (e.g. controlled canceled ski ticket).


By default, this problem can be solved as follows: 

  1. Go to: Peaksolution Backend → Check reports/sales/log+ check
  2. Cancel the order manually in Peakoslution to avoid incorrectly invoicing
  3. Ask the customer to make a new order.



At least one Skipass booking error messages detected 


    An error was automatically detected during booking a ski pass. 


    By default, this problem can be solved as follows: 

  1. Go to: Peaksolution Backend → Check reports/sales/log+ check
  2. Cancel the order manually in Peakoslution to avoid incorrectly invoicing
  3. Ask the customer to make a new order.



At least one Public Transport booking error messages detected 


An error was automatically detected when generating the public transport ticket. This may mean that no ski pass voucher can be generated. 


By default, this problem can be solved as follows: 

  1. Go to: Peaksolution Backend → Check reports/sales/log+ check
  2. Cancel the order manually in Peakoslution to avoid incorrectly invoicing
  3. Ask the customer to make a new order.



Datatrans


An error was automatically detected when processing a payment via Datatrans.


By default, this problem can be solved by reaching out to your Datatrans contact.
