Account Management

Onboarding

We need following information for an Onboarding:

  • First and last name of employee
  • E-Mail-Adresse of employee
  • Start date of the employee 
  • Naming of systems where an account is needed incl. which permission (e.g. same as ..) 

Please provide this information when requesting our support via Freshdesk.


We will sent the credentials directly to the new employee.


Offboarding 

We need following information for an Offboarding:

  • First and last name of employee
  • E-Mail-Adresse of employee
  • Day when the Offboarding can be done 

You will get a confirmation mail as soon as the accounts have been deleted.

Import

We kindly ask you to keep in mind that we need a lead time of two months. 


We need the following information for planning your request adequality. 

  1. For which product group/s do you need our services?  
    • ski pass
    • Mountain railway
    • Ski subscription
    • Package Travel
    • Car transport
    • Ski school
    • Ski rental
    • Ski Locker
    • Other (please describe in detail)
  2. Are these existing products or new products?
    • If new products: Please send us the desired product range.
    • If existing products: What are the exact product names (e.g. product name in Peaksolution, frontend links to the products)?
  3. Are these interface products (e.g. connection to Skidata, Axess, Waldhart, Scheidt-Bachmann, Wintersteiger)?
    • If yes, have the products already been created correctly and completely in the product catalog of the interface?
