How to
You can access Freshdesk via https://help.alturos.com/en/support/home
With Freshdesk you will be able to
- search for already available solutions (https://help.alturos.com/en/support/solutions)
- create support requests with a defined template https://help.alturos.com/de/support/tickets/new
- see all open and closed tickets assigned to your company https://help.alturos.com/de/support/tickets (you need to be logged in)
- see the current status of each support ticket
- see the whole conversion of each support ticket
- see if there is already a Jira issue linked to your ticket (including link)
