Return of goods procedure (RMA) - warranty, maintenance, etc.

  • Hardware returns - whether due to a defect during warranty or for service, maintenance or repair - must be registered with our support team in advance. If you have any questions, please contact us by our contact form or by phone at +43 463 249445-880  / +41 325 106 055 
  • You will then receive a RMA number from our support team „SKISUP- ..................“.
    Returns from non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland): In order to ensure a smooth customs clearance, please contact our logistics department in advance (+43463 249445-300).
  • Download RMA-Form (see link below)
  • Enter RMA number on RMA form and return label. 
  • Note sender contact details on RMA form. 
  • Print out the return label and cut it out at the marked location.. 
  • Stick return label on the package.
