- You will then receive a RMA number from our support team „SKISUP- ..................“.
Returns from non-EU countries (e.g. Switzerland): In order to ensure a smooth customs clearance, please contact our logistics department in advance (+43463 249445-300).
- Download RMA-Form (see link below)
- Enter RMA number on RMA form and return label.
- Note sender contact details on RMA form.
- Print out the return label and cut it out at the marked location..
- Stick return label on the package.
